Such a great outlook! Sometimes being optimistic can be hard when we are really feeling down. A good motto I have learned in my life is "fake it til you make it." Even if you really aren't a very optimistic person, if you start making yourself look at life that way and say optimistic things, eventually you will start to believe it. Our outlook on life is what makes life what it is! Learning to be optimistic is so important!

yes, i agree with akjulia_s. if you don't start looking at the positives in life, then you are just going to pull yourself deeper into the negative side of things!
